SUMMARY
Una vez que se abre el programa VLC, si le cierras la ventana y queda abierto
en segundo plano, aunque lo abras se queda bloqueado y no se puede acceder a
VLC.
Once the VLC program is opened, if you close the window and it is open in the
background, even if you open it, it is locked and you cannot access VLC.
