Could you please repackage kwin?

  sudo pacman -S asp
  asp export kwin
  cd kwin/
  vim PKGBUILD # add -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=RelWithDebInfo to the cmake command
  makepkg -i # or makepkg -i --skippgpcheck if you're brave enough
