it show "Alt+（A Chinese char）"
SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set your system language to Chinese ，or etc.
2. put your mouse on "setting，about，etc."
OBSERVED RESULT
it will show "Alt+（A Chinese char）"
EXPECTED RESULT
it should show "Alt+A" when I put my mouse on "About" in Chinses
