SUMMARY
When I remove Libreoffice from favorites menu, It comes back after reboot.
Maybe the same as Bug:385814
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on libreoffice icon in favorites then choose remove from
favorites.
2. Reboot Kubuntu

Libreoffice is back in favorites
