SUMMARY
This behavior is not reproducible on Wayland.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start X11 session
2. open a standalone QML KCM (cursors, fonts, icons, mouse, etc) via apps
launcher or krunner
3. resize its window by dragging any border
OBSERVED RESULT
We can see black borders while the window is resized.

EXPECTED RESULT
window should be resized without black borders
