SUMMARY
(1) I have a tag called "server" in Dolphin that I cannot delete. Simply if I
delete it and refresh the page (tags:/) it's back.
(2) Opening tags:/server shows a folder with this tag twice(!) even if I remove
the tag from this folder.
(3) Creating a tag and assigning it to a folder using context menu doesn't
create this tag in tags:/

Is there a way to reset this to default in case it gets messed up like this? It
looks like the entire system around tags is broken for me.
