Effects me as well.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set comositor to XRender
2. Enable xorg running in 10bit/30bpp via DefaultDepth in 20-amdgpu.conf
3. Reboot
4. Login via SDDM
5. Change compositor to OpenGL 2.0 or 3.1
6. Black screen with cursor (cursor changes shape according to the invisible
windows when moved)
