SUMMARY
Animated PNG are flickering.
Those images may be used as animated icons on some services as an alternative
to GIF images, and they are incorrectly displayed.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Load a page containing APNG images. For instance this page:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Animated_Portable_Network_Graphics
OBSERVED RESULT
Images are flickering, only the first frame is shown correctly, the other
frames are not shown.
EXPECTED RESULT
Either:
- only the first frame is shown (non-animated solution)
- all frames are correctly displayed (animated solution)
