YOU ARE RIGHT !!!
Without the « / » leading slash in the beginning of the backup path, all types
of « save » are OK (on the PC local HD, on my Google drive account disk, and on
my « pCloud » network disc.)

Thomas - might this be the same as bug 419082?

Gille - is there a leading slash "/" at the beginning of the path to the backup
file location?  If so, try removing that slash and see if the backup works.  Do
not check the "mount" checkbox, as this option does not actually work on
Windows.
