You can use Palette docker to create and save palettes, but you'd need to
create it yourself. You can just click on all the colors in the color selector
and paint with it a bit, and then use Color Picker Tool with "add to palette"
option checked and it pointing to the correct (your new, custom) palette (make
extra sure it does!). It shouldn't be too tedious.
