Ubuntu package: kdeconnect 0.8 - http://packages.ubuntu.com/xenial/kdeconnect
Is installing: http://packages.ubuntu.com/xenial/amd64/kdeconnect/filelist

/usr/share/kde4/services/kdeconnectsendfile.desktop"
These are for the KDE4. The Ubuntu Dolphin package:
http://packages.ubuntu.com/xenial/dolphin is for the KF5.
The KF5 services are at: 'kf5-config --path service'
So this is a Uubntu packaging problem. Should be filed at Launchpad - open bugs
at the Launcpad/Ubuntu: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kdeconnect/+bugs
As a workaround the you could try to link the service files to the KF5 path.
