STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Discover and open the description page of any app without screenshots
2. right-click on network icon in systray, click on "Configure network
connections..."

OBSERVED RESULT
See the unnecessary horizontal scroll bars highlighted in red in the attached
screenshots.
EXPECTED RESULT
no unnecessary horizontal scroll bar
