SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a on-demand panel on right side (haven't actually tested other
panels)
2. Make it ~300px wide
3. Use the "Plasma" color scheme.
OBSERVED RESULT
You get a tiling background texture (see reference screenshot)
EXPECTED RESULT
Should look normal

Linux: KDE neon 5.18
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.68.0
Qt Version: 5.14.1
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It works fine under the "Reverse" Color scheme and "Smart" scheme.
