Unfortunately, ofx is not "Open Financial Exchange, a file format typically
used for accounting", but two different formats, one based on SGML (version <=
1.6), the other one XML (Version >= 2).

If it were a XML formatted one, xdg-mime should return application/xml, so it
likely is a SGML one.

The SGML one has an ENCODING header, with allowed values UTF8 and USASCII.
Baloo uses utf8 for text files, so UTF8 would be ok, and as USASCII is a strict
subset of UTF8, it still is ok.
