right click menu on desktop shows entry in English instead of German
SUMMARY
There is one little language inconsistency in the right click menu for the
(German) desktop. I hope "plasmashell" is the right place to put this ...
By the way: Why is there "Arbeitsfläche einrichten ..." directly available and
also behind the "Customize Layout..." button? Is this redundancy intentionally?
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use a system with default language "German"
2. right click on the desktop
OBSERVED RESULT
"Customize Layout..."
EXPECTED RESULT
"Layout anpassen ..."
