By "docker", Boudewijn meant all those little windows on Krita UI:

you can move them around to make more space. I noticed that a lot of default
workspaces (default configurations of dockers) have three dockers on top of
each other, which makes it hard to use on fullHD resolution display, and if you
have lower resolution - or higher, but with HiDPI scaling that makes it lower
than fullHD - it can make Krita's window too big to fit on the screen. If you
remove or move around some of them, you'll be able to make it fit the screen.
