Actually, this is a very useful feature for reviewing images.
The feature could be similar to what desktop wallpaper slideshow does, by
making a list with all the images in all the directories below a root directory
and showing them one by one. Currently, Gwenview enters in full screen mode at
such attempt...
Also this would be useful in view mode too, when the images in a directory are
displayed one by one, why not recursively when switching the view mode?
