            Bug ID: 420455
Summary: Text editing feature is very limited and not
                    user-friendly
           Product: kdenlive
           Version: 19.12.3
          Platform: MS Windows
                OS: MS Windows
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: User Interface
          Assignee: j...@kdenlive.org

  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
Text editing feature is very limited and not user-friendly

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a title layer
2. Add a text container and start adding long text inside

OBSERVED RESULT
When a text is getting too long - it goes beyond screen. It is now not possible
to create a bounding rectangle that defines a text block size and automatically
wraps the text if it goes beyond the block. Instead, user has to manually split
it to lines with "Enter" key. The additional problem of doing that quickly is:
1) a cursor position is not visible (having a blinking 'typewriter' cursor
would be good); 2) if the text is - let's say - aligned to the left, after
adding more text the text block is moved to the left and user has to adjust
text block position each time manually; having a bounding container would
resolve such problem. Bounding container maybe have two options: 1) autoresize
the size to fit the text; 2) wrap the text if it goes beyond the container
margins;

EXPECTED RESULT
