Yeah, the phrase "Window Decorations" is an implementation detail leaking into
the UI. The average user doesn't piece together that the titlebar is a thing
drawn by the window manager and not technically a part of the window itself.
Perhaps we should either collapse this KCM into the "Application Style" KCM
(because windows are a part of applications), or else put it somewhere in
"Window Management" (because window decorations are a part of windows). Or
maybe something else.
Either way, we already have a Phab task about re-organizing KCMs:
