This bug may have not been fixed OR re-appeared
As well as seeing this issue when plugging in a USB device I have 100% CPU
usage when waking from suspend as the bug description says.
Removing my ~/.Xmodmap prevented me from seeing this issue.
Using up-to-date Plasma 5 on KDE NEON on 20.04 LTS base
