Cannot add printer via GUI.
Failed to get a list of devices: 'Forbidden'
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Printers system settings module.
2. Add printer.
3. Read error message.
OBSERVED RESULT
Failed to get a list of devices: 'Forbidden'
EXPECTED RESULT
Possibility to add a printer like it was before.
