I see a similar issue but with the basket note pads icon. I have it set to
always display.
Basket is included in autostart and set to dock to the system tray.
On next login the icon is no longer visible in the system tray. Changing the
system tray setting away from 'Always display' and back, the icon becomes
visible again until the next login.
This is a regression in plasma 5.18.90.
