All of the pages under "Application style" allow you to choose and modify the
style of applications. Moving them to "Window Management" would be inaccurate
since they are not related to managing windows.
A clue here is that "Application style" can be found in the "Appearance"
section. Generally, anything you want to modify the way something looks without
altering its fundamental behavior, you should look for a page in the the
Appearance section.
Beyond that, if you can't find what you're looking for, the search bar can be
helpful. Searching for "window decorations" produces exactly what you were
looking for, for example.
