STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. configure Spactacle to save screenshots to your Home
2. make sure "Copy image to clipboard" is unchecked in Spectacle settings
3. while Spectacle is closed, take a screenshot by pressing shift+print
OBSERVED RESULT
plasma shows a notification saying "A screenshot was saved as <screenshot name>
to your Pictures folder."
EXPECTED RESULT
the notification should say "A screenshot was saved as <screenshot name> to
your Home folder."
