Maybe internally but for users it is a separate widget. some users prefer to use regular some icons only. I don't want to end up with regular "task manager" with no such options. By previous bug Bug 349411 I reported for task manager and it was changed to Breeze, and this ended up as no options for users. So please, don't mess up this time.
