SUMMARY
Can't drag audio on to video track, which is needed for the audio waveform
effect.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Drag MP3 into video timeline but can't drag it
2. Drag Audio Waveform Effect to MP3
3. Drag audio to video track
OBSERVED RESULT
Audio doesn't go on video track
EXPECTED RESULT
Audio stays on video track, and the audio waveform filter works properly
