STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings -> Account Details -> KDE Wallet
2. In the lower right-hand corner, click on the button that says "Launch Wallet
Manager"
OBSERVED RESULT
Wallet Manager does not launch.
EXPECTED RESULT
Wallet Manager should appear.
