So I played around with the patch on Gitlab that makes the screen edge
bigger...
If I make the screen edge 20px big then swiping from the edge still doesn't
work but putting the finger directly on the screen edge area and swiping
inwards from that does work.
Removing the screen edge though touch inputs are instantly recognized when
swiping from the edge, so it's definitely not a hardware problem.
