Hi,

Sorry you feel the "Needs info" timeout is too short. The bot is there because
we often get bug reports that are hard/impossible to reproduce and then the
number of bugs grow out of hand. I personally feel the time is a tiny but too
short, but it is the global time limit for all projects.

You could also try to scan with some debug enabled:

SANE_DEBUG_PIXMA=16 skanlite

(assuming your scanner uses the pixma backend)

You could also play with the debug level to see if you get info that looks
important to solve the problem.

I'm "reopening" (setting to waiting for info). If you get the timeout mail
again you can just send a short reply that you are busy at the moment but will
come back with more information later.
