Krita from AppImage and from distro side by side

Here the Krita windows from the AppImage (left) and from the OpenSUSE
repositories (right) are side by side.

As you can see, the scaling of the window is the same. So this is not a HiDPI
issue per se.

The right window (from the distro repositories) apparently has a size hint that
prevents from resizing vertically. As a result, it is higher than the screen;
what looked like bad scaling is actually KWin placing it at negative Y (on the
screenshot the coordinates are reported as +1408,-184 (563x812). When I disable
tiling and move the window manually, I can move the upper part of the window
into view; however as I cannot resize it vertically, the lower part then
becomes inaccessible.

The AppImage version has none of these issues.
