No similar problem is currently known. Do you lose tags in the metadata of the
images or in digiKam's tag list? Are you using a SQLite or MySQL database? Does
every user use the same database? In any case, use the current digiKam-7.0.0
with over 750 fixed bugs compared to digiKam-6.4.0.
