I can confirm that the panel moves (when it should be in the middle monitor) to
the left every startup in a 3 Screen multihead Setup.
Having 3 Panels, one on each screen let all of them move to the left monitor.
My tries to fix this with window rules failed, but if you coul describe what
exactly to set there i might be able to fix it temporarely..
