Watch the attached screen recording please.
When I cancel the update of sddm theme, Discover shows an empty error message
and then an inline error message and gets stuck in "installing" state. Despite
this behavior, apparently the sddm theme was successfully updated because
neither Discover nor GHNS window find it again even after reboot.
