David Jarvie <djar...@kde.org> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Resolution|--- |FIXED Component|kalarmd |Akonadi Version Fixed In| |20.08.0 Status|REPORTED |RESOLVED --- Comment #1 from David Jarvie <djar...@kde.org> --- There are two separate issues here. The first is an option, not a bug. The second is a bug. 1) To prevent an alarm from triggering if KAlarm is not running when the alarm is scheduled to trigger, you should select the "Cancel if late" option when you create the alarm. The default is for an alarm to trigger at the first opportunity on or after its scheduled time. 2) I think that the alarm being re-triggered after the first time, is probably due to the Akonadi backend not writing the updated alarm calendar to disk before your computer shuts down. This is clearly a bug, which should be fixed in KAlarm version 3.0. This version no longer uses Akonadi, and has been released as part of KDE release 20.08. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
