We also got another report about this recently, but I cannot find the duplicate
of course. The problem is that I cannot reproduce it: if I test with a document
with a hundred or so layers, drag and drop is really responsive, as is using
the up and down buttons. I'm testing on a 32gb windows 7, 32 gb linux, 4gb
win10, 16gb osx system, and in virtual machines....
