Report.wer produced after KStars crash

SUMMARY
Kstars/EKOS for Windows crash on disconnect from equipment. Kstars for Windows
is remote controlling INDI on Raspberry PI4 running Astroberry complete with
latest version of KStars/EKOS 3.4.3 installed. After crash Astroberry is still
running ok and is not affected. The crash only occurs in Windows.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. All done on Windows machine. Launch KStars
2. Start EKOS and connect to equipment
3. Operate EKOS as normal with no issues
4. Disconnect from equipment in EKOS
5. Stop EKOS using Stop/Start button in EKOS

OBSERVED RESULT
Kstars and EKOS both crash. Sometimes it happens when disconnecting from
equipment. Some times it happens when stopping EKOS.
Problem occurs with real equipment and simulated equipment.
