STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update qt and libqt packages to version 5.15 from
5.14.2+dfsg-0+xneon+20.04+focal+build11
2. Reboot
3. Observe black screen with cursor in place of sddm login
OBSERVED RESULT
Graphical desktop is inaccessible.
EXPECTED RESULT
Normal login screen (sddm) and access to desktop login.

I observed that in the current version of KDE neon Developer that qt 5.15 was
not yet included. Should this qt release have been tested there first?
