I'm not sure why you think that issue is related - it has nothing to do with the "Donate" shortcut, and it is also not recent: that work has gone into master 4 months ago while the issue of conflicting "Donate" and "show hidden files" shortcut is less than a week old. I do thank you for pointing out the Standard Shortcuts module - I wasn't aware of it and it is likely the culprit of this new issue as well as the original.
