I operate my laptop attached to an external monitor, with the internal monitor
disabled.

When I open "Display Configuration", it defaults to configuring the internal
monitor, which is not enabled. The "Refresh rate" shows 60 Hz, and I can safely
click the dropdown. But when I scroll the list, or open the dropdown and click
an option, System Settings crashes. The (incomplete) stack trace is at
https://gist.github.com/nyanpasu64/0fd4316efbd476335d285311fb73627d but I can
retake the stack trace if more symbols are needed.

If I check Enabled, the list changes to show "48 Hz" (the last option in a list
of 60, 120, and 48). From now on, regardless I uncheck/check Enabled, I can
change refresh rates without crashing (until I close or reopen "Display
Configuration").

Changing the Resolution field does not crash, and makes the "Refresh rate"
field safe to change without crashing.
