5.19.5 still affected.

Added custom timezones are 2 hours ahead, so even if I pick my timezone
(instead of having it inferred by localtime) it's 2 hours off.

Date display is not updated after midnight, advancing only if you switch
timezones by scrolling the mousewheel.

Setting an environment variable explicitly TZ='Europe/Stockholm' seems to have
worked around the issue. Previously it was TZ='/etc/localtime', which *is* a
valid symlink to /usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/Stockholm, yet doesn't work with
Plasma clocks specifically. It displays it properly everywhere else, including
in System Settings -> Time and Date.
