STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a file called "file".txt with Kate
2. click on File > Save as
3. navigate through the file system
OBSERVED RESULT
file name changes, watch the attached screen recording please
EXPECTED RESULT
file name should not change while we navigate through the file system
