Notifications are not only confirmation that the job was done but also notify that something must be done, sometimes immediately. The fact that someone is able to read the small size text doesn't mean that user wants to have the same text size on notifications (or across the whole Plasma). The function of notification is to draw user's attention, that is why I want to have bigger text than I use in other elements of Plasma.
