That is wrong approach. It should be for user to decide what is important. And woudl "color the header area in some way" be much easier to introduce than font color and size? Certainly from usability point of view adding three hard-coded colors for some users could make no difference as it may happen that they may have theme that would make header still not very distinguished against of what is behind it.
