SUMMARY
In the default size of the audio KCM (what you get if you press the audio
system tray icon and click the "settings" button), in the "Audio" settings
section (which looks to me to be basically the pulseaudio settings), the tab
content for the various pulseaudio stuff ("Devices", "Applications" and
"Advanced") is overflowing the screen and has a scrollbar inside the tab, but
also the parent widget itself has a scrollbar (see screenshot).

The external scrollbar is only useful for scrolling to the bottom of the tabbed
notebook widget - there are no additional controls after that.

I think that as the tab content does scrolling, the tabbed notebook widget
itself should autosize to the height of the window and should not force the
window to have an additional scrollbar.
