I am not sure if this is Kate issue or some other Plasma component. Feel free
to reassign elsewhere.
Recently there was a feature added to Plasma that it is possible now to drag
some text and drop it on desktop and a new sticky note is created. That is
cool.
The issue is that when I have two Kate windows open side by side like in the
screenshot it is not possible to drag & drop text. Only copy paste works.

Expected result:
Make it possible to drag & drop text from any text application to any other
text application.
This is kind of strange because I was able to drag & drop text from Kate to
Writer.
But I wasn't able to drag & drop text from Kate to Kate or from Kate to Anki
editor window.

This is software for learning and it is particularly important to me to be able
to use drag & drop method. If I spend many hours editing text, making every
step easier, effortless is very important.
