When I attempt to use the Move Tool to move a selection of a layer folder, the
entire folder moves.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create layer folder with content on sublayers
2. Select the layer folder in the layers menu
3. Use the select tool to select part of the canvas
4. Use the move tool to move that part of the canvas
OBSERVED RESULT:
Entire group moves, not just the selected part.
EXPECTED RESULT
Only the selected part of the layer group moves.
