I've done some testing today and found out that this bug is indeed not present
when Kdenlive is installed globally ("Install for anyone using this computer"),
but it is when Kdenlive is installed locally ("Install just for me"). The path
to ffmpeg is correct, though it contains Cyrillic letters in the latter case,
but I doubt that's the issue here.
