            Bug ID: 427467
Summary: 'Projector' Window cannot be resized in OBS Studio
           Product: plasmashell
           Version: 5.18.5
          Platform: Ubuntu Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: k...@davidedmundson.co.uk
          Reporter: strot...@gmail.com
                CC: plasma-b...@kde.org
  Target Milestone: 1.0

SUMMARY
OBS Studio's Windowed Projector feature is used by my team for streaming shows
to Twitch. Using Plasma, this window is locked into being either too large or
too small to use, because the issue is, it cannot be resized (using the mouse).
Works fine outside of Plasma.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
In OBS Studio, right click the current Scene's name
Select Windowed Projector (Scene)

OBSERVED RESULT
Can maximize window.
*Cannot resize* the Windowed Projector window to any other size. It is stuck at
about 270p resolution.

EXPECTED RESULT
Can resize Windowed Projectors.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: -
macOS: -
Linux/KDE Plasma: Ubuntu 20.04
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.68.0
Qt Version: 5.12.8

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The Windowed Projector window is resizeable with the mouse on Gnome and X
forwarding.
Under Plasma I have found 2 workarounds:
    Workaround A: wmctrl -r 'windowed projector' -e 0,100,100,1280,720
Workaround B - all steps seem to be necessary:

    1. Disable compositor, log out and back in
    2. Open the projector window
    3. Attempt to make the projector window larger or smaller using the mouse
    4. Maximize the projector window
    5. Unmaximize the projector window
    6. Attempt to make the projector window larger or smaller using the mouse.
This time, hold the mouse down for several seconds.
