SUMMARY
At some point moving layers stopped working. Moving file layers still works.
When I make a new project moving works again. Both moving with the move tool
and the transform layer don't work. Move tool outputs nothing and transform
layer "cannot transform empty layer" even though there is something there.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Drag and drop a picure file (png) into my project
2. select new layer
3. try to move the layer
OBSERVED RESULT
Layer does not move
EXPECTED RESULT
layer should move
