SUMMARY
When I saved a reference images set, Krita was not responding for a few
seconds. Depending on a size or number of reference images, it might take a
long time, so I think it should be done in a background thread.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a file with reference images.
2. Select all images and go to Tool Options of the reference images tool.
3. Use "Export Reference Images Set".
OBSERVED RESULT
Krita doesn't respond to input; it looks like saving happens in the GUI thread.
EXPECTED RESULT
I can do other things while Krita is saving reference images.
